James is a real estate expert who excels in supporting brands and companies to secure ideal locations for their businesses. He guides clients in the decision-making process based on sound industry knowledge and adopts a relationship-first mentality. Before presenting potential solutions, James focuses on understanding a client’s needs.

With over 15 years of experience in the Middle East, James has represented Fortune 500 companies along with some of the most esteemed developers in the region. His roles have included Director of Leasing for Emaar, Senior Director for EITC, and most recently, Head of Leasing for Misk City. James has now taken on a new challenge: establishing a real estate consultancy startup based in the UAE to make the best use of his skills and network.
